An Owner-Run Cleaning Team From Vista
Teresa Garcia started Garcia's Maids of North County to give families, hosts, and offices a cleaning service that answers its own phone and cleans the same way every time.
Careful cleaning, clear communication, the same team
Garcia's Maids of North County is run by Teresa Garcia out of Vista. It's an independent, owner-run business, which means the person who quotes your clean is the same person responsible for how it turns out.
We clean homes on a regular schedule, do one-time deep cleans, get rentals ready for new tenants, turn over Airbnb and vacation properties between guests, and keep small offices in order. Every service has a written checklist for each room, so the result doesn't depend on who's having a good day.
A small business grows by word of mouth, so every client who refers someone who becomes a regular gets a $25 credit. If you're happy with the clean, we'd love you to tell a neighbor.
